WAIVER INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE REMEMBER: MOTORSPORTS IS A FUN BUT DANGEROUS SPORT. YOU COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED, CRIPPLED, OR KILLED. I, THE UNDERSIGNED, DO HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE AMBASSADOR LISTED ON THIS ENTRY FORM POSSESS THE STANDARD OF COMPETENCE NECESSARY AND ARE PHYSICALLY FIT FOR AN EVENT OF THIS TYPE FOR WHICH THIS ENTRY RELATES AND THAT THE VEHICLE ENTERED IS TECHNICALLY LEGAL FOR MOTORSPORTS, AND SAFE FOR THE EVENTS I WILL PARTICIPATE IN. I understand that as a condition to my participation in PRP Ambassador Program, I am releasing PRP, and its volunteers, and sponsors from all responsibilities to heirs executors assigns and me for anything that occurs during the event. It is my intention that this release extends to my use of any and all related PRP PRODUCTS. I, the undersigned, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, AGREE WITH PRP, AS FOLLOWS: I UNDERSTAND THAT MOTORSPORTS RACING IS A DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT BY PARTICIPATION IN ANY EVENT I AM EXPOSING MYSELF TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SERIOUS INJURY TO MY PERSON AND MY PROPERTY. I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THOSE RISKS OF INJURY. I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE PRP THEIR OFFICERS, AGENTS, OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS FROM ALL ACTION, CAUSES OF ACTION, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS WHATSOEVER, WHICH MIGHT ARISE OUT OF, OR RESULT FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY EVENT AND MY USE OF ANY AND ALL RELATED PRODUCTS. I intend that the release, indemnify and hold harmless described in the previous paragraph shall cover any claim or demand for injury to or death of any person. The release shall also apply to any damage to or destruction of property including but not limited to, injury to me or my property. My release, indemnity and hold harmless SPECIFICALLY INCLUDES INJURY, DAMAGE, AND DESTRUCTION TO ANY PERSONS OR PROPERTIES WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF ANY NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSION OF their individuals, officers, agents, officials and volunteers. By signing this Waiver, Indemnification and Release, I do not release anyone from any damage I may suffer from intentional acts designed to harm me or my property. I do release PRP, from liability that might be imposed on them by law for such acts of theirs that they, PRP have not directed, adopted or ratified. I have completely read the foregoing Waiver, Indemnification and Release and fully understand that no officer, volunteer or any other agent of PRP is authorized to vary any term or provision of the release contrary to its provisions and I should not rely on any such variance or representation. I hereby certify that I have completely read the Rules and Regulation Waiver of PRP Ambassador Program and this entry form, and that I agree with and shall comply with all the Rules and Regulations of PRP Ambassador Program. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE I, the undersigned, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns, release, remiss and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless individuals, officers, agents, sponsors, sanctioners, co-sanctioners, servants and employees of and from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action of whatsoever kind or nature and any cost, loss or expense in connection wherewith arising from or any person or any damage to or destruction of any property resulting from or claim to result from or arise out of accident or occurrence during or in connection with said use, including specifically such as may arise out of our be claim to arise out of negligence on the part of said PRP Ambassador Program, its individuals, officers, agents, sponsors, co-sponsors, sanctioners, co-sanctioners, servants and employees. This Waiver and Indemnification and Release is given and this agreement is made in consideration and as a condition permitting the undersigned to use course or circuit facilities or act as an official or spectator or Driver of Records or to be present in any other capacity whatsoever at said event. I have read the foregoing Waiver, I declare that the driver or co-drivers listed on this entry application possesses the standard of competence necessary and is physically fit for events of this type for which this entry relates and that the vehicle entered is road worthy and suitable for this Ambassador Program. If you fail to follow the requirements stated above you will be charged the full retail value of the product you’ve purchased during the duraction of this contract. You will have a maximum of seven reminders before we initate a full charge for the products. This is a legal binding document and a very important matter. Failure to perform to this contract will have this result. I the undersigned without limit do hereby grant to PRP, the right to use my likeness, image, voice or other in the PRP Ambassador Program and PRP marketing in perpetuity in exchange for acceptance in this marketing partnership. I agree my return will be based solely on my own performance in the program and that no financial return is implied or guaranteed.

If you sell the vehicle before the contract expires, you will get charged full price for the products purchased during the contract period.

Tier 1

Ambassadors are eligible to purchase PRP products at roughly 25% off MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing). Products can be purchased for Ambassador’s personal or race vehicles as well as their support team.

Products purchased under this program should not be resold to the general public. Abuse of this discount—determined at the sole discretion of PRP—will result in removal from PRP’s Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors are required to post a minimum of once per month on their social media accounts—including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter—specifically regarding their PRP products.

Posts must clearly feature the PRP logo and be tagged with the relevant username (Instagram: @PRPSEATS, Facebook: @PRPSEATS).

Ambassadors must tag PRP in any posts pertaining to their primary vehicle. Preferred hashtags include: #teamprp #prpambassador #ad #sponsored

TIER 2

Tier 2 Ambassadors are eligible to purchase PRP products at roughly 35% off MAP. Products can be purchased for Ambassador’ personal or race vehicles as well as their support team.

Products purchased under this program should not be resold to the general public. Abuse of this discount—determined at the sole discretion of PRP—will result in removal from PRP’s Ambassador Program.

Ambassadors are required to post a minimum of twice per month on their social media accounts—including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter—specifically regarding their PRP products.

Posts must clearly feature the PRP logo and be tagged with the relevant username (Instagram: @PRPSEATS, Facebook: @PRPSEATS).

ALL AMBASSADORS

Ambassadors must tag PRP in any posts pertaining to their primary vehicle. Preferred hashtags include: #teamprp #prpambassador #ad #sponsored

ALL PRP products MUST HAVE THE PRP LOGO APPLIED IN THE APPROVED MANOR. All seats must have the PRP logo embroidered on the front of the headrest. Accessories must have the PRP logo in the stock location.

Approved PRP Logo must be located on each side of the primary vehicle and be 12” in size. PRP will supply decals. Supplied decals must not be altered in any way without approval. Any logo as part of a vehicle wraps or decals produced by the race team must be approved by PRP to qualify. Send artwork proofs to team@PRPseats.com.

Ambassadors will be given new PRP apparel and must post about the item received on social media.

Ambassadors are required to display their vehicle at least once on behalf of PRP, location and schedule permitting. This appearance may consist of interaction with PRP customers and will most likely be in conjunction with an event or race which PRP is attending.

Ambassadors are requested to submit a review or testimonial regarding their PRP products.

PRP’s Ambassador Program is an ongoing marketing campaign and PRP reserves the right to change the terms of or cancel the program without prior notice.

PRP Ambassadors must always present a positive image of PRP or may face removal from the program.

Ambassadors will not promote or post any competitor products through their social accounts listed in their application. Competitor products include seats, harnesses, storage, and window nets unless outlined via a written agreement with the PRP program manager
