Weekender Roof Rack – Excursion 2000-05

Most people purchase vans so they can take lots of people and lots of gear without towing a U-haul trailer or bringing along a second car. What happens when you have too many friends? Where are you going to put all that gear? An Aluminess roof rack, of course! Our aluminum roof rack is perfect for carrying cargo boxes, surf boards, or just lounging around and watching the world go by. It is available with two flooring options, perforated aluminum, which is perfect for lawn chairs and walking around, and slats which are great for tying down precious cargo.

Double Loop/Slats – Double Loop, Low Profile basket with slat flooring; walkable and easy to tie down cargo

Double Loop/Perforated – Double Loop, Low Profile basket with perforated flooring; great platform for lawn chairs, tripods, or a sleeping platform

Rear Bumper – Excursion 1999-05

Storage is a premium when taking your family on long vacations, and if your Excursion has over-sized tires then you also have to compete with a tire that no longer fits underneath your vehicle. The solution is an Aluminess Rear Bumper. With 2 swing arms to hold your spare tire and a storage box you will now have more room for the essentials inside your Excursion. In most cases any of the Aluminess boxes will work on the swing arm, so whether its extra fuel, a generator, or recovery gear that you need, your Aluminess Rear Bumper is there to save the day.

Front Bumper – Excursion 1999-04

The Aluminess front winch bumper for the 99-05 Excursions will hold a large winch and come with integrated tow hooks. Wet and salty environments can wreak havoc on steel bumpers and make them rust out in no time. Aluminum doesn’t rust so you can be sure that your Aluminess bumper will hold up even in salty environments. The lighter weight of aluminum also prolongs the life of your brakes, tires, suspension, and steering when compared to steel bumpers. Despite its light weight, it is still very strong. Aluminess bumpers have survived collisions with deer, bear and elk. The front winch bumper for the 99-05 Excursions were designed specifically for the vehicle to match all of the body lines. This winch bumper looks as good as it functions.

All front winch bumpers now have vents and the Aluminess “A” Cut into the front

Standard bumper configuration is square lights and 1.5” Brush Guard

PLEASE NOTE: Winch manufacturers are continually changing winch sizes and designs. Solenoid relocation will likely be required with this bumper.
