Rear Bumper – E-Series 1992-2014

Storage is a premium when converting a van into your home away from home. If your Ford Econoline is a 4×4, then you also have to compete with a tire that no longer fits underneath your van. The solution is an Aluminess off-road Rear Bumper equipped with the spare tire carrier and the box swing arm. With 2 swing arms to hold your spare tire and a storage box, you will now have more room for the essentials to put inside your Econoline. In most cases, any of our boxes will work on the swing arm, so whether it’s extra fuel, a generator, or recovery gear that you need, your Aluminess off road rear bumper is there to save the day.

  • 200 lbs. Weight Limit On Bike Rack Swing Arm.

Weekender Roof Rack – E-Series 1992+

Most people purchase vans so they can take lots of people and lots of gear without towing a U-haul trailer or bringing along a second car. What happens when you have too many friends? Where are you going to put all that gear? An Aluminess roof rack, of course! Whether you have the factory Ford van, a Sportsmobile penthouse top(pop top), or a Sportsmobile fiberglass top, we have a rack that works for you. Our Weekender Roof Rack is perfect for carrying cargo boxes, surf boards, or just lounging around and watching the world go by. It is available with two flooring options, perforated aluminum, which is perfect for lawn chairs and walking around, and slats which are great for tying down precious cargo. The standard length on the roof rack is from the rear of the van up to the back of the front doors. This gives ample storage space while keeping cargo behind your head and reducing noise.

Tire Rack – E-Series 1992-14

The Aluminess Ford Van Tire Rack is essential to anyone converting their van to four-wheel drive. When upgrading to larger tires, your spare will likely no longer fit under your vehicle. Instead of leaving your spare at home (bad idea), you can equip your van with our tire rack! The rack mounts to the frame for a secure connection and is located on the driver’s side for easy access to the back of your van.

Features:

Powder coated textured black.

Maximum tire size is 35″.

Compatible with 8 x 6.5″ and 8 x 170mm Wheel Bolt Patterns.

This tire rack will not fit with vehicles that have a body lift. Please contact Aluminess for options if your van is equipped with a body lift.

Surf Pole – E-Series 1992+

Storage is at a premium on van builds. Aluminess solves this problem with our all-aluminum surf and paddle board carrier. Mount your paddle or surf board using one of our surf poles, driver-side ladder and a pair of surf hooks.

NOTE: If you have Aluminess Nerf Bars installed, please give us a call and we will provide special mounting hardware when placing your order

Side Ladder – E-Series 1992+

Whether you have an Aluminess roof rack, or just a plastic storage box, the van roofs are a great place to store bulky things. The problem is how you get up there to strap everything down. Aluminess solves this problem with their all-aluminum Side Ladder for the Ford E-Series. These mount to the side of the vehicle solving the problem of drilling through your rear van door. Passenger side ladders are recommended to avoid traffic unless you have an awning that gets in the way.

Nerf Bars – E-Series 1992+

Four Wheel Drive conversions often lift the van higher off the ground. This means that an already tall vehicle becomes more difficult to get into. The Aluminess Nerf Bars for the Ford E-Series make it easy to get in and out of your van again. With 20″ long tread plate steps at each door, there is ample room to step into the van with ease. The all Aluminum construction is great for keeping the weight down and the powder coated finish is durable enough to handle the toughest elements.

Nerf bars include both driver and passenger side

Front Winch Bumper – E-Series 2008+

Engineered for Performance. Designed for the 2008+ Econoline.

With the 2008+ Econoline update came refined body lines—and Aluminess responded with a front winch bumper that complements the van’s modernized exterior while delivering uncompromising off-road functionality. Precision-built to match the updated front fascia, this bumper combines sleek aesthetics with high-performance utility.

Constructed entirely from aluminum, the bumper weighs just 85 lbs—minimizing impact on suspension geometry, braking systems, and steering components. The corrosion-resistant material ensures long-term durability, even in coastal or high-salt environments. Its compact design allows it to sit high and tight against the vehicle, preserving ground clearance and approach angles critical for technical terrain.

The bumper is winch-compatible up to 16k pounds. If a winch isn’t installed, a lockable storage compartment offers secure space for gear like tire chains, tow straps, or recovery tools. Integrated shackle mounts are rated to accept 7/8” pin D-rings, providing reliable recovery points when you need them most.

Whether you’re building a vehicle for overland expeditions or rural reliability, the Aluminess front bumper delivers lightweight protection, recovery functionality, and seamless vehicle integration.

Standard bumper configuration is square lights and 1.5” (1.9” OD) Brush Guard

Products shown with available options – Lights, shackles, receivers, and brush guard crossbars not included in standard bumper price

PLEASE NOTE: Winch manufacturers are continually changing winch sizes and designs. Solenoid relocation will likely be required with this bumper.

Front Bumper – E-Series 1992-07

The Bumper That Launched the Aluminum Revolution

This is where it all began. The Aluminess Front Bumper for the legendary 1992–2007 Ford Econoline is the original game-changer—the one that redefined what overland gear could be. Built for the most iconic van in expedition travel, this bumper brings serious protection, smart design, and go-anywhere toughness to your rig.

Crafted entirely from aluminum and weighing just 85 pounds, it won’t bog down your suspension, stress your steering, or eat up tires. And because aluminum doesn’t rust, it’s ready for coastal air, salty roads, and years of adventure without breaking a sweat.

Not running a winch? No problem. The bumper features a built-in, lockable storage compartment—perfect for stashing recovery gear like chains, straps, and tools out of sight and out of your living space. And with integrated shackle mounts built to handle serious pulls, you’re ready for whatever the trail—or wildlife—throws your way.

Tough. Lightweight. Trail-tested. This is the bumper that made aluminum legendary

Standard bumper configuration is with a 1.5” (1.9” OD) Brush Guard
