Product Innovations At Overland Expo SoCal 2026
Santee, California (February 24, 2026) — Aluminess Products will preview several new innovations for the adventure van market at Overland Expo SoCal 2026, where the company will appear as an official Supporting Sponsor. Taking place March 14–15 at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, the event sets the stage for Aluminess to showcase its latest advancements in vehicle protection, storage, and accessibility.
At Booth OC-201, attendees can get a first look at the new 2025+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Front Winch Bumper, engineered with expanded factory sensor integrations to support modern driver-assist technologies without compromising strength or functionality. Constructed from lightweight aluminum, the bumper delivers serious front-end protection and recovery capability while helping preserve factory vehicle systems and performance.
Aluminess will also debut the ALB Box 227. This is a modular storage solution designed with two separate doors with the lower folding open as a table, maximizing organization while improving cargo access. Additional utility and features are built-in to integrate an extended ecosystem of kit categories. At nearly 230 cubic liters of capacity, it is built for travelers who rely on efficient gear management; the bi-fold design combines durability with everyday practicality.
In addition to product previews, Aluminess will host live, in-booth demonstrations of its unique PowerLift system carrying a very custom SUPER73-R Adventure Series SE bike. Designed as a breakthrough solution engineered to simplify the process of loading and unloading heavy bikes and gear, the PowerLift helps reduce physical strain while improving safety, security, and control.
Visitors can also take advantage of exclusive show specials, with additional details to be announced as the event approaches.
